Knives for Collectors & Emergency Responders

To purchase automatic knives from us you must

- be at least 18 years of age; and

- have no felony convictions.

We sell automatic knives to government and emergency personnel in any state.

A form 18 is required before automatic knives can be shipped out of the state of Texas.

Inside the state of Texas, we sell automatic knives to collectors for the purpose of collecting.

We cannot ship automatic knives to collectors outside the state of Texas.

Switchblade Knives are prohibited weapons under Texas law but some allowances are made for possession by collectors.

RELEASE, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY

By purchasing from IBW Sales the buyer grants that he is in compliance with local and state laws and legally able to purchase such items. The sale of an item by IBW Sales does not assure the buyer may legally purchase, possess, or carry that item, according to federal, state or local laws. It is the buyer’s responsibility to determine that the intended use of Items purchased is in compliance with all laws. IBW Sales shall have no liability whatsoever for any claim, loss, damage or expense arising from handling, use, display, or storage of any item sold.

Returns

· All Returns must be shipped within 10 days of date shipped.

· Misused, damaged or used items will not be accepted for return.

· All return items must be shipped in the original packaging and properly packed to prevent damage.

· All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

· All defective products will be accepted for repair or replacement only if they are returned within 10 days of date shipped.

· All returns must be in original saleable condition, 100% complete, with all packaging material, manuals, and accessories.

· A repair/replacement fee will be assessed to all authorized returns received incomplete or damaged, or may be refused at our discretion.

· Shipping costs are not refundable. If a returned item is found to be defective we will reimburse normal ground shipping in the USA only.
